Gordon is saddened, but he ultimately understands, but he makes you promise to not give up cooking, and gives you a butt-load of cash! with the cash you are able to open your own diner, was it your dream? i don't know I'm just the narrator not a mind reader. But you do it, and it blows up! You have people coming from far and wide, looking to just have a taste of your food! The customer numbers keep growing and growing (which your not upset about). and soon enough you cant handle all the orders on your own! Your going to have to hire another cook! You make a "We're hiring!" sign and slap it on the door, soon enough you have a stack of applications as high as you! Eventually you settle on two applications, I'm unsure why you chose these as these guys probably suck, which one will you hire?
The first application, Mr. Rex. He has limited experience in a kitchen, has no references, and has terrible handwriting. During his interview he seemed nervous, shifting a lot. and his size would be troublesome in the kitchen, his head hits the ceiling of the diner and he can barely fit through the door isles of tables. He was very kind though, and was willing to learn as much as he needs. Will you give this newbie a chance?
The second application, Ms. mot. She has a few references and has worked in restaurant work before, however always as a dishwasher. During her interview she was very calm, albeit wouldn't stop staring at you with her big eyes. Her attention span seems to linger at things, and there are big worries about her.. flammability. If so much as a spark hits her she could light up in flames! Will you give her a chance?
