Rec room was a game that released in 2016, and regrettably closed in 2026. I was a avid rec room player back in 2022-2023. I was on almost every day, I even had a few friends. I lost intrest for a while, but the comfort that it would still be there was enough. Then, it wasnt. Rec Room shut down because it wasnt profitable, it wasnt sustanable. and oh how i miss it so. Rec room was another home, a place of comfort for many. I loved playing paintball and rec royal, I loved playing stunt runner and parkour/climbing rooms. I beat golden trophy (but i never beat the rest) and i had my own dorm. I will forever miss Rec Room, but im happy i had the time i had.
